In Spring 2022, we introduced you to a Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) student-led initiative to reduce food waste in schools. The Coalition to ReImagine School Food Waste , comprised of students from Bethesda-Chevy Chase and Richard Montgomery high schools, started with a waste-sort study in a few MCPS schools.
